    It’s funny. I have a young daughter and have so many CDs of sleep music intended to help with brain activity. It never occurred to me that maybe I should be listening to something similar. I know the i-doser stuff has been around for a while. I agree the YT stuff can be pretty bad and sketch. Anybody have any other recommendations?

    You will probably eventually graduate to pure binaural beats. It was really nice having binaural beats to music when I started. I switched to the beats without the music and I find it slightly more effective.

    There is some ok youtube stuff out there if you search and know the creator is legit. It’s for sure though that so many of them are overseas spam channels just copying and pasting popular times to stock audio and making wild claims. I think youtube is cracking down on it though.

  4. How about ASMR? I sleep to some ASMR. It probably doesn’t have all fancy brain health stuff but I really like it.

    The concept of music that plays frequencies to help through the stages of sleep is interesting. I’ve been sleeping to rain and nature sounds or white noise for 30 years. Might be time I add in something new.
